Situado en Guadalajara, el "Refugio El Cañal" es una construcción singular con diversos usos a lo largo del tiempo. Está en Taracena, pedanía de Guadalajara a escasa distancia de dos montes emblemáticos como son la Peña Hueva (donde se rodó parte de la película Espartaco con Kirk Douglas) y el Pico del Águila. Se pueden hacer ruido ya que no hay vecinos alrededor. Se ubica dentro de un complejo de Actividades llamado "Territorio Aventura" donde se puede hacer paintball, 4x4, tiro con arco, etc.

Es una casa independiente frente a un valle en la Alcarria, con unas vistas y un espacio espectacular. A 65 kilómetros de Madrid (45 minutos) y a 12 de Guadalajara. Muy bien conectada con el Tren de Alta Velocidad, AVE, y con el aeropuerto de Madrid.. Te va a encantar. Ha sido nuestra casa familiar durante muchos años. Ahora la utilizamos poco, por eso queremos compartirla. Es una casas de campo con un gran jardín y unas vistas increíbles.

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento amplio, tranquilo y céntrico. Muy intimo y acogedor, al lado del centro (a 5 minutos de la calle mayor y a 1 minuto de la zona comercial céntrica de la ciudad). Se puede aparcar sin problemas, zona blanca. Bomba de aire frío y calor. Patio. Donde si está permitido fumar. Rápida entrada y salida desde la autovía A2. Cercano a universidad y todos los servicios. Varias líneas de autobuses al lado.
