Alessandra & Ludovico, your hosts, are ready to welcome you in a wide-open space, next to the woods, caressed by fresh breeze, where you can contemplate the magnificence of nature and tune into yourself for an unforgettable experience.

Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
