Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guanajuato

I stayed for a week and I wish I had more time! It's everything I was looking for and more - space to work remote and great internet, do laundry, cook on some days, enjoy the peaceful yard especially the hammock!!! The area was ideal! Walkable to so many awesome restaurants, cafes, so many to discover - again I wish I had more time! I appreciated Jordan and Carrie's proactiveness, timeliness in replies, recommendations and how down to earth and good human beings they were. It came through the messages. Thank you both, I will definitely come back here on my next visit to SMA!

We had a delightful stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Judith was an awesome host, always helpful, responsive and ready with recommendations. The area is very quiet, which we loved, and the internet is fast. There is also covered parking if you have a car. It’s up a steep hill from Guanajuato center, but there is a funicular within 10 minute’s walk that takes you straight down the hill and right into the center of town (and back up again, when you’re ready). Or there are plenty of very reasonably priced taxis; we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to come by. Guanajuato is charming, and if you like music, especially, there is plenty to choose from.

Un sitio al que sin duda regresaría. La cabaña es divina por fuera y por dentro, se nota que un amante al diseño está involucrado pues cada sitio está bien pensado. Me encantó el ambiente que tiene la propiedad y lo agradable que fue dormir en sábanas tan suaves y con un delicioso aroma. Los detalles cuentan y esto me enamoró. Sus almohadas fueron súper cómodas y varios detalles dan ese plus que encantan. Que sitio tan lindo para relajarse y disfrutar. 😌

Host was very responsive and helpful. Property was beautiful and as described. Guadalupe is a beautiful neighborhood. Hope to stay again. Would recommend.

The house was an incredibly designed space for rest, relaxation, and comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop which had incredible views and rain covering so we could still use it during the weekend's storms. The hosts' management team was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center of town and right next door to the large artisan market. I highly recommend staying here if you are a group of 2-3.

Awesome place, we enjoyed literally everything about our stay. The location is amazing, lots of nice restaurants around, City Market (Whole Foods level grocery) right around the corner, quiet residential neighborhood. The house is hidden from the road there was no noise. Inside is super cute and sparkling clean. Linens, towels, all new, the house is packed with everything one might need. Hotel-style bedroom with king bed firm mattress and a choice of pillows. Ice-cold AC w/o restrictions. We even got welcome drinks and some food left by the host which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, Nely met us and shared all local information. The only small issue is the parking, if you are driving a large SUV it may be hard to enter and get out of the yard. Todo muy bien, instrucciones claras

Excelente estancia, te sientes totalmente como en casa, la cama y almohadas son súper cómodas. La terraza es muy bonita, la zona es tranquila para descansar y cerca están abarrotes, tiendas, gimnasio, mercados. Me gustó mucho y Mary es una excelente anfitriona, pendiente en todo momento :) el aire acondicionado le da un súper plus a la comodidad de este lugar.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center, where most of the restaurants, shops, and sights are located. We were especially glad not to be up one of the hills farther from the action, as we had considered other listings in those areas. Maria was incredibly helpful and responsive. She personally walked us through how to use the AC and TV, and gave us great local restaurant recommendations, which we really enjoyed. She also left us some bottled water in the unit, which was a much-appreciated touch. The bed was very comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked as expected. Overall, this was a great place to stay and an excellent base for exploring San Miguel de Allende. Highly recommended!

I felt fortunate to find such a great place to stay. I was traveling my myself and felt safe walking around the neighborhood and in my lodging. The rooftop had nice views and a comfortable place to sit so I enjoyed my book and the warm weather. The location was great and the lodging was clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

Gisela es una excelente anfitriona, el lugar muy bonito, con una excelente vista a la ciudad. Fue como estar en casa, la limpieza y el orden excelente, fue fácil el acceso, y Super bien que cuenta con estacionamiento. La zona es muy tranquila y segura para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Quedé fascinado 👌🏾

Our stay was very enjoyable. The space has been painted in wonderful cheery colours and is very well laid out and clean. Stewart and Marie were very helpful when we had questions regarding transportation etc. and always responded right away.

Perfect place to feel the full flavor of San Miguel. The view , the sounds, the sunken mosaic shower tub, the old world brass fixtures, comfortable bed, great practical suggestions.

The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. The views from the terrace are amazing. The apartment was super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the building is nice and quiet. If you’re driving, there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops within minutes of the building. The guest was very friendly and responded to my messages right away. I will definitely come back to this apartment on my next visit to Querétaro.

El departamento de Mafer es tal cual como esta en las fotos, limpio ordenado y con gran estilo, bien equipado con todo para cocinar. La parte de su terraza es un plus con el Jacuzzi y terraza. Cabe destacar que Mafer se mostró super amable y cordial con un tema que tuvimos de fechas! gracias por todo! seguro será mi primera opción cuando regrese a San Miguel :)

Fue una estancia super cómoda y agradable, sin ningún tipo de contratiempo. El departamento muy amplio con todas las comodidades, solo haciendo una sugerencia de tener ventiladores en la sala pues el sol da directo y se mantiene caliente. Pero todo lo demás, excelente.

Muy bonito lugar super cómodo y limpio, todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa nos encantó la alberca y todas las instalaciones super recomendable , el anfitrión muy pendiente de lo que se necesitaba, muy recomendable sin duda regresamos ☺️

The building had a fantastic view but you do need to Uber or drive everywhere. The unit and pictures are exactly as presented on AIRBNB. The security staff at the building are very friendly and helpful in getting us around the building. Hector was very quick to respond to any questions.
