Great view of magical Guanajuato! it was wonderful to start a day with a breakfast on the terrace. The short journey to get to the place was easier than than expected, used funicular (mainly for the experience)once during our 3 nights stay. Responsive hosts, couldn’t ask for more

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

We stayed for a month in this apartment and felt that it was perfect for us. The location is ideal for access to everything. There are a lot of stairs to the unit so a person with mobility issues might prefer a unit on the lower level. We cooked every day and had all of the needed items. The blender was a definite perk! And the view from the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this accommodation!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and even better than the photos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe—especially with the hosts and their dogs upstairs most of the time. While I was completely independent, I never felt lonely, which was a really nice balance. The Wi-Fi was fast and completely reliable—I worked remotely for a month with daily video calls and had zero issues. The dedicated workspace was roomy, with a very comfortable office chair. The bed was yummy comfy, and having laundry just steps away was a major plus. Laura and Daniel were truly exceptional hosts—warm, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t say enough about them. This place made me reconsider my plans and seriously think about coming back to Guanajuato.

I felt very safe there in the gated community. It was definitely peaceful and quiet which is what I really wanted, coming from NYC. The people I ran into who lived there were incredibly friendly and helpful, as were the guards at the gate. Wonderful atmosphere. The view was beautiful (except when golfers would show up--but they'd move on, lol! But they were friendly, too.) I loved being able to breathe the fresh air from which the fragrance of the freshly cut grass wafted in. Very important piece: the kitchen has a designated faucet that has filtered water which is a huge convenience.

Excelente ubicación , fue muy fácil llegar , el airbnb es bastante cómodo y cuenta con su cocina personal y saliendo hay una aún más completa , la terraza está muy bonita y al estar tan céntrico es fácil llegar a cualquier lado , sin duda pensamos regresar 🥳. Los tacos que están cruzando la calle están muy buenos y los elotees que se ponen en la nocje 10/10 , bastante seguro.

Bonito departamento. Muy bien equipado y seguro. Bonita vista. Sin duda volvería elegir este lugar.

To say this place is gorgeous is an understatement. We couldn’t discover enough hidden gems in this beautifully historic home. Great location, we walked everywhere and Michael is a very attentive host. Although we had a lot of rain, we didn’t mind getting to spend a little extra time in this beautiful home. Although we brought kids, I wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids as there are many little details around the home that are worth preserving and being extra careful around.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Great stay! Check in was smooth. Host was very attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay. Location of the place is great. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back.

Viaje con mi familia a Guanajuato y nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de James fue excepcional. La casa es muy amplia por lo que estuvimos sumamente cómodas. Tuvimos un gran recibimiento por parte de Cony la ama de llaves, quien nos dio un recorrido por el alojamiento mostrándonos todos sus rincones que están llenos de detalles sorprendentes. La ubicación es magnífica en un área segura y tranquila, a menos de 5 minutos caminando del jardín de la unión y de fácil acceso. La casa se encontraba impecable y está equipada con todo lo necesario para que durante nuestra estancia nos sintiéramos como en casa. James es un gran anfitrión. Nos dejó detalles de bienvenida, siempre atento y al pendiente para que nuestra estancia fuera amena. Nos ayudo coordinando nuestro traslado aeropuerto-alojamiento-aeropuerto y nos dio la opción de una salida tardía lo cual se lo agradecemos muchísimo. ¡Muy recomendable hospedarse en CASA PERRO AZUL, esperamos regresar!

I had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the house is spacious—perfect for relaxing or spending time with a group. The rooftop patio is absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight. The only thing I would have appreciated is if drinking water had been provided. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. The views from the terrace are amazing. The apartment was super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the building is nice and quiet. If you’re driving, there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops within minutes of the building. The guest was very friendly and responded to my messages right away. I will definitely come back to this apartment on my next visit to Querétaro.

El departamento de Mafer es tal cual como esta en las fotos, limpio ordenado y con gran estilo, bien equipado con todo para cocinar. La parte de su terraza es un plus con el Jacuzzi y terraza. Cabe destacar que Mafer se mostró super amable y cordial con un tema que tuvimos de fechas! gracias por todo! seguro será mi primera opción cuando regrese a San Miguel :)

Fue una estancia super cómoda y agradable, sin ningún tipo de contratiempo. El departamento muy amplio con todas las comodidades, solo haciendo una sugerencia de tener ventiladores en la sala pues el sol da directo y se mantiene caliente. Pero todo lo demás, excelente.

Fue una estancia super cómoda, muy bonito el lugar de Luis. Luis super atento, el lugar es como para llegar con tus productos, tiene afuera un Oxxo, quizá lo único lugares de comida pero dejando ese punto todo super increíble

This was our second time staying with Ramon, we just love the quiet atmosphere and the clean apartment. Co-hosts were very responsive and helpful. We are looking forward for another visit to San Miguel de Allende.

The building had a fantastic view but you do need to Uber or drive everywhere. The unit and pictures are exactly as presented on AIRBNB. The security staff at the building are very friendly and helpful in getting us around the building. Hector was very quick to respond to any questions.
