I went with my family and friends and I felt at home, everything was beautiful from the entrance to the exit. It has a spectacular view and it is a totally peaceful environment. You feel peace and harmony. The Host was very kind and very patient. I give the service and everything 1000/10😍

William always responded quickly. We were able to check in without any problems with the reception of Martha and her husband who are in charge of receiving the guests. Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems. Thank you very much for making us have a beautiful stay in Guayaquil!

Everything was excellent

The stay seemed great, we felt right at home. We are very grateful to the host Teresita Hube and her son Josías Moreira; they were excellent hosts, Teresita showed us a lot of respect and consideration, she was attentive to all our needs and that made us feel right at home. We definitely recommend Teresita's stay at home for the qualities she demonstrated for us. Effectively the house is in a quiet place, there is no bully, it sleeps pleasantly, we were helped by the parking lot that it has to keep the vehicle. We are very grateful to the Moreira Hube family.

The house is in a good location near restaurants and supermarkets, the house is very clean and everything is in order. The place is very quiet, you don't hear any noise either day or night. I thought the house and the place where it is located were very good, and many thanks to Mr. Diego Paul. I recommend renting the house.

Anabel is an amazing host. Check in was easy and had clear instructions. The place was immaculately-clean and the place was well equipped from iron through hair dryer to functional washer and dryer. Strongly recommend Anabel’s place and she and the place deserves five-stars all the way.

A very convenient apartment, well-equipped (loved the washing machine). Super easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood seemed safe and there are good cafés nearby. Very close to the airport. Recommended!

Very good place to stay. Ideal for a holiday . The pool is a good size and the direct access to the beach is very helpful. The instructions were clear and check in is independent. The kitchen was fully stocked. It's a place I'd come back to!
