We have designed a villa-type lodging for those who wish to connect with nature and enjoy the environment, without the noises of the city. Despite being a country house, it has all the comforts of the city, during your stay you can make use of our common areas and activities, also for lovers of the stars or photographers, at night you can appreciate the spectacle made by the stars, a phenomenon caused by low light pollution.

2 room suite, totally independent, with 2 individual beds, air conditioning, 2 candles with its lamps, a small room with its kitchen area, microwave, wifi service and American breakfast included in the rate. Safe residential sector, a few minutes from several shopping malls.

The kitchenette features a compact sink and a two-burner stove, complemented by a coffee maker and dishware. A small table with two chairs is positioned by a window, allowing for natural light and a view of the garden outside.

Tiny house, Big Gardens!

Enjoy an acre of gardens, pool, walking around the garden, the sounds of nature , the warm weather and the peaceful place when you stay in this unique place. Please keep in mind this is a TINY house. It is 9’ x 13’. Two people fit but one would be more comfortable.

A bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a red and white patterned blanket. A small desk with a chair is positioned beside the bed. Natural light filters through the room, highlighting the light-colored walls and a mounted air conditioning unit.

Only one room is rented out. House is located in Villa del Rey, an urbanization with private security north of Guayaquil. There are shared spaces such as living room, kitchen and bathroom. I rent the room to cover study costs.
