The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

You'll love my place because it's a cozy, quaint, lovingly restored farmhouse with flair! The house is suitable for couples and families, happy with children!! !!No host to companies!! My place is close to the adventurous Holzbachschlucht, Westerwaldsteig, Westerwälder Seenplatte, Westerburger Schloss, Montabaur, Limburg, Stöffelpark and is a good base for exploring the Westerwald!

Historic mill - barn loft

I rent this unique apartment in the courtyard of a historic mill. (Also check out my new apartment 'In the stable'.) The barn loft is located under the roof of the former barn. It consists of a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. You can reach the room via several stairs. Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally goes with it.

The apartment is located near the Holzbach Gorge. Where the Westerwaldsteig invites you to hike and vacation, relax and enjoy nature. But also Limburg an der Lahn and Montabaur are just over 20 km away. Bad Marienberg with a climbing forest, animal park and swimming pool are not far from our apartment.
