Cozy, quiet, one-bedroom apartment in downtown Guelph with private access, 4-piece bathroom, eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 1-burner induction hotplate, and mini-fridge. Relaxing living room with 43", HD, Roku-enabled TV. Free, on-street overnight parking. We are a 2 minute walk from the closest restaurant. The Wellington Suite

Our basement suite has a separate entrance through the garage. We are located at the north end of Fergus, a 5 minute drive to down town Fergus and 8 minutes to down town Elora for shops and restaurants. 8 minutes to the Sports Plex where the Scottish Festival, and other events are held. 5 minutes to the Elora Gorge. We are pet (Dog) friendly. Please enquire if you want to bring a pet other than a dog.
