Family-friendly holiday rentals in Guerneville

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

I stayed here with my wife and 15 month old daughter. It was a perfect getaway for our family, located right off PCH with easy access to local beaches and restaurants. The home was very well appointed with everything we could need including kitchenware as well as toys for our developing toddler. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat the view from the hot tub!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s in Duncan’s Mills—this place had it all! Beautiful scenic views right off the back balcony and easy river access, made us feel immersed in nature. Plenty to do with your own private dock, kayaks, bikes, hot tub, and nearby town/shops just a mile down the road. Would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. Kelly was also an excellent, responsive host and helped make our trip nice and smooth. Thank you!

Gordon’s home was incredible! The drive up to the home is beyond stunning and when you walk through the gate of the property it felt like you were in another world entirely! The views off the deck, the garden, the hot tub and so much more were all magical! Inside the home also made you feel right at home! The added sound system you could connect to inside was delightful as well! Their love and effort put into this little getaway spot definitely shows. Had a 12/10 experience with my partner! Can’t wait to visit this place again! Purely spectacular!

My family really enjoyed the uniqueness of the home. Driving into the neighborhood during the summer night was a great experience. Host communicated well and the place itself had everything my family needed. The neighborhood is basically built into the hillside but there was adequate parking for 4 cars.

The house was amazing. It was perfect as described and such an amazing find. We were so lucky to be able to stay in Christina's home. The location was also amazing as it is right on dry creek road and close to both downtown and all the wineries. Christina was incredible and super responsive. She really wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

The home was beautiful, we truly enjoyed our time there. They say that pictures are worth a thousand words but pictures of the views from the multiple balconies are unable to capture how stunning they really are. The home was just as listed, clean and was the most stocked home we have visited. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and made unforgettable memories.

Chris’s place was the perfect cozy getaway! Every inch of the guest house was thoughtfully designed and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views were beautiful, the space was clean and welcoming, and the dogs were so sweet and friendly. It was the ideal escape for our Emily. Chris was a great host—warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This place is a real gem. It was so quiet, very clean and very comfortable with absolutely everything that we needed. The house managers went above and beyond to help us and were very friendly and available. We felt right at home. The area is also stunning, very close to great hikes, beautiful beaches, and the town of occidental has some great restaurants, as well as Bodega and Sebastopol which are close by.

Such a beautiful place! During my two day stay, I watched the birds, the bees, and the butterflies at play. The space is bright, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommend! Thank you, Lisa! :)

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

We stayed at Erin's wine country cottage for a few days as our "home base" while in town for the Food & Wine Event. Their studio unit cottage was cozy, and welcoming. We ate out and didn't use kitchenette beyond making coffee, but I noticed that it looked well stocked! The bed was comfy, which made for good sleep at night. The cottage location is great as it's close to the freeway yet still in a quiet, rural setting next to a vineyard, and just about a mile or so from downtown (we walked to town every day). Erin (& Tom) are both exceptional hosts. They're friendly, helpful, and have great recommendations for restaurants & wineries. Can't forget Hurley the lab... he's super friendly too!

I went there with two of my kids when my wife and oldest was out of town. We want to go back when they’re in town. The only downside was both kids got bitten up by bugs. Next time I’ll bring more repellent

I have stayed at this lovely home before. It is such a treat to have a large deck with beautiful backyard. It made for a peaceful stay. Blake is proactive and kind. We wanted to stay on this end of town because we were attending an event. It’s a quick drive into all the Healdsburg has to offer. A lovely stay overall.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! Nice unit. We did have some plumbing issues with the toilet but the front desk was able to assist. The AC unit also kept reseting itself to 75°. The air circulation is weird so it caused the unit to be extremely hot at night. Otherwise, the property was nice. Will definitely reserve again.

This is it if you are looking for privacy, comfort, and everything all in one place. We literally had to make ourselves leave the property… the babbling brook provided such serenity, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were amazing!!!

I love this property. It was my second time renting it. It is a quick 5min drive into Healdsburg, but it feels secluded. The house is a really nice blend of modern and classic. It is relatively minimalist but also cozy. Awesome windows look out on to the property. I'm not really a bird watcher, but birds love this property and there is just enough land around the house that you don't really see/notice the neighbors. Pretty ideal spot in my opinion. Pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture are all great. Feels like you're at a nice private resort. No real downside for me : )

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

We had a wonderful time while in Healdsburg while we celebrated my sisters birthday. We loved out Airbnb as it was private, close to our favorite vineyard, Dry Creek, and was close to the general store (easy grab and go deli, bar, great outdoor seating and wine and beer selection). We will definitely be back as our weekend was relaxing and the best wine! We didn’t utilize the pool that was on the property, but loved that it was an option! Thanks again for hosting us!

We booked all of Eric's properties for my family Thanksgiving this year. It was a great choice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking the big meal and the house is lovely. This property has more of a personal feel than the larger one next door as it's their home. It has a lovely warmth and definitely feels like a home. We were traveling with our twin infants and had plenty of space to set up their travel cribs in the larger bedroom.
