Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guidonia

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

I was amazed when I saw the apartment, impeccable in everything, very happy with this stay. Clean, large apartment, with every possible comfort, great location. If I had to go back to Rome, I wouldn't think twice about booking here.

Stefano was a wonderful host! Multiple suggestions for food or anything else. He takes pride in his property and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Right near the Metro, Vatican and shopping. So convenient to everything. Had a wonderful family vacation.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Simonetta's house is very cozy, clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and a bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

Cosy apartment with real fire

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Most things about our stay were great. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, so everything was very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which we really appreciated. Public transportation was also convenient—bus, metro, and tram stops were all nearby, about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. The only minor downside was that there is a locked door in the bedroom that connects to the host’s yard. While it was securely locked, some guests might feel a bit uncomfortable with that setup.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – many sights, lovely cafés, and great restaurants are all within walking distance. The place itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
