The accommodation : The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A table for meals. Two double bedrooms one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and linens are provided. Heating wood pellet stove. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential neighborhood, only passing by residents of the neighborhood. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all within close by without taking the car. Transport: the apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the skiers' layout. Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.
