New and spacious two-room apartment equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, 8 km from Pavia and 15 km from Milan. The apartment has an outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, barbecue-grill, and free private parking. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen equipped with everything, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bright bathroom with a shower. Ideal for 4 people. Suitable for families with children, a crib and high chair are available. We rent two bicycles upon request.

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality, support, and constant cooperation throughout my stay. The hosts were always available, responsive, and made everything easy and comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and felt just like home. Its location was also perfect — very close to supermarkets, Scalo Milano Outlet for shopping, and with easy access to Milan city center and Malpensa Airport. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I was very grateful for the warm hospitality, support and continuous cooperation throughout my stay. The hosts were always available and responsive, making everything easy and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and wonderfully organized, and I felt right at home. The location was also perfect — very close to the supermarket and Scalo Milano outlet for shopping, with easy access to Milan city center and Malpensa airport. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish

Beautiful location, south of Milan. If you have a car, it's ideal: in a quarter of an hour you can get to the metro station and from there you can get around the city without any problems. In addition, in the surroundings, about 15 minutes in all directions, it is full of quality restaurants and/or typical restaurants. The host, Claudio, is always available to provide directions or suggestions and responds promptly. The Airbnb is exactly as shown in the photos and is an oasis of peace just outside the chaos of the city: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ideal base to explore Pavia, just a few km from Centro Storico. Plus parking next to the door, while that is really problematic in the city itself. The apartment on the ground floor is authentic "vintage" Italian, we suspect formerly inhabited by the elderly parents of the current residents on the first floor. But hey, there was plenty of room for even four people, everything was in good condition and everything worked properly. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended!
