It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Unique & private suite for two, Pensacola Beach is 8 minutes away. Speedy wifi, fenced patio, grill, & garden. This suite includes a minisplit for air/heat & a tankless water heater. Attached to the brick house, & totally private with a privacy fence, hear the rain drops on the tin roof. Queen memory foam bed, 70" Samsung TV w/Roku, thermal blinds. Must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning and torrential rain on a tin roof in a room of glass. Enjoy!
