the place is really accessible with public transportation, which can be a big plus if you dont feel like driving. The hot tub is amazingly good and clean. highly recommended for someone who wants a few days get away!

Good cozy place. Very convenient for our shrimping week with the dock and location. Our buddies booked their other place right below and we had a great time.

This Kinsol cottage is well worth the price, and is entirely private, unlike most Airbnb rentals in Vancouver Island, which are suites in someone’s house. It was clean and well designed. As an avid Airbnb booker I really appreciated that Liz had all the condiments and spices you would need for a trip away from home. The backyard is peaceful and we had no neighbours while we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sound of the birds, we even had an owl land in the yard. The bedroom loft has steep stairs, which is noted in Liz’s description, you should go down them sideways (we were fine, but probably not suitable for elderly). The bed was firm yet very comfortable and the reclining loveseat had us falling asleep every night. One hour to Victoria, one hour to Nanaimo, 1 3/4 hour to Port Renfrew (if you take the Pacific Marine route be prepared for a very very windy road). Kinsol trestle was a 10 minute walk away and an amazing hike. Would I recommend Liz’s cottage, absolutely!!

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the cabin is cute. The setting is amazing and Sally and Dale were very helpful and nice. This is the perfect little vacation for a family with young children - it felt like a tropical vacation when we were in the pool in May. Thank you!

Lisa’s cottage was just beautiful. Lisa had thought of everything and has really made sure that the cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay.

I will for sure stay again. Beds were very comfortable, house is charming and well stocked, and of course the view and the private beach are 🤌. Good to know: expect a little road noise especially during commute times. If the windows are closed you can’t hear it.

Our kids adored exploring the forest and the beaches daily. Evenings were our favorite: cosying up by the fireplace after beach adventures made it truly special. Clean, charming, and so relaxing – we’ll dream of this getaway! Perfect for families seeking nature + comfort. Unforgettable memories!

This is a delightfully beachy cabin, right on the beach, that welcomes dogs. Beautiful sunsets!! I cooked a family birthday dinner for five in the compact kitchen, and was pleasantly surprised by the number of tools and serving supplies available. Towels, fans, throw blankets, and other comfort items were well stocked. Close proximity to Bellingham, and a nice day trip from Mt. Baker. Recommended!

We came for a weekend Renaissance Faire and while we very much enjoyed the Faire it was great to come back to a place where we could relax, be comfortable and enjoy the quiet of the countryside and the views. CarolLynn was very helpful whenever we had a question and showed us around her beautiful property. I will most definitely consider staying here again.

We needed a break from the city & some relaxation. This cabin was just what the doctor ordered! I felt inspired & transported by the meticulously curated cabin in Skagit Valley. We usually stay in Bellingham and this was such an unexpected Gem! So many things to do nearby in Bow Edison. There's a nearby tavern and all the wonderful views of Skagit Valley where land & water come together. I loved loved loved all the infused aromatic sprays and french linens. The entire experience was a living catalog! Too cute! the yard was private and expansive to bring in the outdoors and fee like you'rel part of nature. There's a pond with a little spring outside the window and great bistro table for having coffee in front. The dishware was also higher standard then most! We will be back for sure! Feeling so lucky to have found it!

Mark and his property were both amazing. The cottage itself was nestled away but still close to everything you would need. Mark was responsive and easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Poirier Cove. The location is magnificent, right on the seafront. We saw eagles, seals, lots of small birds - even a hummingbird. There are lots of lovely provincial parks nearby with great walks. We particularly enjoyed walking on the Galloping Goose trail to the Todd Creek trestle bridge. Corinne was very helpful and friendly. The cottage was comfortable with huge windows looking over the sea to snow-capped mountains in the USA.

We stayed for three nights in this lovely cottage and it immediately felt like home. It is absolutely wonderful, I can absolutely recommend it anybody!

Absolutely beautiful location and very close to Olympic National Park hiking, lakes, and amenities. It was so nice to come back after a long day of hiking to then dip into the lake and paddle board to relax. The cabin in small, as listed, but functional for a couple. All meals were cooked in the kitchen or on the gas grill outside. We had a small issue the first evening but Bonnie was super responsive. I would return to this cabin on my next trip to the park.

We had a wonderful time staying here for the holiday weekend. It is such a peaceful area to relax in, but close to town for activities as well. The space was very clean and instructions for directions and arrival were very clear as we did arrive in the dark. We can’t wait to stay again!

The breathtaking view from the cottage was spectacular. The shelter of trees and habitat enabled us to have close up looks at many birds. The plentiful large windows provided excellent viewing. The location is minutes away for hiking in the parks, picking up supplies, and taking ferry excursions to the islands. The cottage is beautiful inside and outside, extremely well appointed, and very comfortable. Our family of 4 adults could not have been more pleased with the cottage and the natural beauty all around. We had a wonderful vacation and created many memories. We had the most magical stay at Beach Garden Cottage. From the moment we arrived, the fresh flower bouquet on the table and the ocean view through the windows made it feel like we’d stepped into a postcard. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sound of waves at night was pure bliss. The studio is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there’s a detailed binder full of recommendations—from local restaurants to hikes and lavender farms. Every little touch feels personal, and you can tell the hosts truly care. They were nearby and responsive if we needed anything. Waking up to sunrises and ending the day with wine in the garden just steps away from the ocean made this a perfect coastal escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and soak up the beauty of Sequim or looking for a place to stay when you want to explore Olympic National Park.

Larissa and Josh were the most wonderful hosts, some of the best I’ve ever encountered on my airbnb journeys. They were extra accommodating as we had our baby with us, and have a wonderful cafe as well where we tested some amazing treats. First time going to Galiano but if I go back that’s where I’m staying, the place was pristine, big and the views from the patio, living room and bedroom and stunning, you can ask all my IG likes and comments lol Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Lovely place to stay in an idyllic location. The Guest House is very comfortable with great beds and a good outdoor space for eating. We loved swimming and paddle boarding from the private jetty and watching the sun go down beside the fire pit was a treat. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
