We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

My family and I had such a lovely time at this place. Emir is perhaps the best and most supportive airbnb host I have ever interacted with. Much appreciate all your supports throughout our stay, Emir! With regards to the house, there are some really spectacular features about this house: the view of the sea and mountains, the small garden area and of course the pool were the top marks of it for us. That being said, I also think it should be highlighted that the house do require some maintenance work. During our stay, we noticed that the AC unit in the TV room upstairs was broken, the bathtub and shower drains were clogging up from time to time and the kitchen pots and pans were not adequate for large family stays. Somethings to think about addressing for future. All in all, I appreciate our host and if ever go back to the Izmir region I would definitely love to revisit this place! Kind regards, Ramin

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Goede locatie, fijne faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en twee badkamers, toplocatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Rustige omgeving. De communicatie met de host ging soepel. Een heel gastvrije en vriendelijke host.

Me and my family really loved and enjoyed this place . Furkan and his family were great hosts and great individuals who were very helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and everything matched the description. Everything about the place felt like home and I would definitely visit it back again . 10/10 experience

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

I stayed at this place for 13 days. Chose it because of the location. Being in between ÇEŞME and IZMIR helped a lot. I have to say Kenan was very responsive and kind and answered any questions I might have had.

We loved our stay at Aggeliki’s place. It is such a beautiful home and the setting can’t be any better. Komi is a lovely little beach town. The house is right on the beach. The nice thing is that it’s at the end of town so you don’t get much noise or foot traffic. Aggeliki lives upstairs so if we ever needed anything she was always available but not intrusive. And she brought us some delicious homemade goodies! Highly recommended!

Ev göründüğünden çok daha büyüktü bahçe ve havuzun büyüklüğü çok ideal. Kalabalık gruplar veya aileler için çok uygun. Aracımızı kolayca park ettik.Evin yeri çok merkezi her yere çok yakındık. Ev sahibiyle en başından beri iletişim halindeydik. Çok güzel 3 gün geçirdik teşekkür ediyoruz.

Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, 2 katlı ve 4 odadan oluşmakta. Büyük aileler veya gruplar için uygundur. Havuz da ev de oldukça temizdi. Mutfaktaki eşyalar yeterliydi. Konum olarak marketlere ve merkeze yakındı. Tatilimizden oldukça keyif aldık. Ev sahibimiz çok hızlı yanıt veriyor ve isteklerimiz için bize yardımcı olsu. Tekrardan tercih edeceğimiz bir airbnb olur.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

Biz 7 kişilik bir arkadaş grubuyla gittik hem bireysel alanlar yeterliydi hem de ortak alanlar gayet keyifliydi. Selda Hanım ve Özdemir abi her konuda tartışmasız yardımcı oldu. Ev pırıl pırıldı temizlik konusunda en ufak sorun yaşamadık. Havuzu bizim için 24 saat aktif tuttular. Her an ulaşılabilirlerdi. Tüm malzemeler yeterliydi. Özetle tam olarak gösterdiliği gibiydi en ufak sorun yaşamadık.

Ev sahibimiz oldukça yardımcı oldu, ev çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı, konum olarak çok güzel heryere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün

6 arkadaş 4 gece konakladık. Ev, harikaydı. Havuz temizdi. Bölge olarak Alaçatı'ya bu kadar yakın ve sessiz bir muhit olması çok avantajlı. Serhat Bey çok ilgili, yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Açıklamalarda bahsedilen her şey doğru ve gerçekçi. Biz çok eğlendik, önümüzdeki sene için yine buraya gelmeyi planlıyoruz :) Her şey için teşekkürler.

Seyehatimiz çok keyifli oldu. Serhat Bey çok ilgiliydi ev gayet temizdi. Havuzda güzel vakitler geçirdik. Genel olarak mekan tam resimlerde gördüğümüz ve istediğimiz gibiydi. Serhat beye ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim kendim ve arkadaşlarım adına. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Wir haben uns bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war super und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auf alle unsere Fragen oder Anliegen wurde immer eingegangen und wir hatten als eine Familie mit 2 Kindern tolle Ferien! Wir können diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen und würden wieder kommen! Danke für alles Hüseyin!

Todella hyvä paikka majoittua. Tulemme uudelleenkin! Siisti ja puhdas uima-allas ja makuuhuoneet, sekä keittiö. Kylpyhuone ja grilli olisivat kaivanneet hieman paremman puhdistuksen.

Evin manzarası harika, öğle sonrası ful gölge olduğından balkonda çok güzel zaman geçirdik. Evin odalarının yerleşimi efektif, sadece evin 3 katlı olması bazen yorabiliyor. Havuzun da bulunduğu en alt kat mangal vs için keyifli bir alan. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her türlü malzeme vardı ve temizdi. Bir haftalık tatilimizin her anından keyif aldık , yeniden burada konaklamayı çok isteriz.
