Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

Alison is a very hospitable and thoughtful person. I was always able to reach him very quickly. The house had everything. We stayed 5 people, 5 people can stay comfortably. There was an iron, tea machine, coffee machines, mixer, plate sets, washing machine, dishwasher, bath towels, linens, blankets, board games, mosquito net, bookcase, everything. The house was very clean, even the blanket smelled good. There is another toilet in the garden, so you can rest assured✌🏻 Despite the crowds of Izmir, the location of the house was calm and peaceful. We preferred Yoncaköy as a seaside location and we could reach there in 15 minutes by car. The garden is so peaceful that you won't want to leave. Only the pool in the backyard is shared. The front yard is all yours. Simply a wonderful home and host, I can't wait to come back☺️🫶🏻

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. I have been using this platform for 7 years. I benefit from AirBnb for the majority of my domestic and international trips. Of all my trips, it was definitely the highest quality, the most "homey" feeling, the friendliest, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest Mr. Burhan's house. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxury rooms, separate bathrooms and toilets in each room were delivered sparkling clean to the point. The house's helpers are standing by to respond to your support requests 24 hours a day and fulfill your every request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, he was incredibly helpful. Every point of the house is designed with luxury. The 100" over TV in the living room, even the finest details to the pool ceramics are equipped with the highest quality products. Privacy and privacy are very cared for. The house is very well secured. In my future trips, I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without thinking.

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

The view is great. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights and he offered us a treat every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was so delicious. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Lydia’s beautiful home in Samos! The house is very peaceful, with stunning sea views, and perfectly located — close enough to walk to the center if you enjoy a stroll, but still tucked away from the noise. Lydia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even picked us up by car for check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. She also helped us with a great deal on a car rental from her own business, making everything so easy. Lydia speaks Greek, Turkish, and English fluently, which made communication effortless. Her kindness and hospitality truly made this trip even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and spacious!

The location of the house was very good, we had a pleasant time in the garden. The house was clean and there was nothing missing. We would like to thank Mr. Seçkin once again.

It was very peaceful, we went as a family and we were very pleased, sometimes you can run out of water in the shower for a number of reasons, but it is understandable. There are beautiful beaches around

The stay at Minas and Rodopi's place was great. It was nicer than we could see in the photos and it was equipped with all the comforts. If you are looking for tranquility in a beautiful area, you can book this house safely. The directions we received for the drive from the airport were perfect, because especially the last stretch from the main road is steep and partly unpaved. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Apollon (the manager) and Rodopi. There were all kinds of homemade products ready for us, which we were allowed to use. During the week, Minas and Rodopi came by to bring us even more. Extremely friendly and also very tasty. We had a wonderful week, with fortunately nice weather (end of April). The (private)beach at the bottom of the cliff is great, and we have swum and snorkel here several times.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

The house was clean, its location was within walking distance to Alaçatı bazaar. Mrs. Ece was very interested, she answered all my questions instantly. Everything was perfect, we loved it. I recommend it with peace of mind.🥰

The environment and location were very nice. The garden of the facility was peaceful. There was also a very warm and friendly atmosphere. We were very pleased. If you are only thinking of going into the sea, the sea is very wavy. We couldn't go in and went south. Other than that, it was a very peaceful holiday. The host is an excellent person. He provided very useful information and was very helpful. He gave us and our baby gifts at the entrance and even provided a special bed for our baby. A completely flawless experience. We loved the house. I just think the location of the house is higher and transportation by car is necessary.
