Wonderful duplex villa by the sea

Our villa is newly built. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, kitchen and 2 toilet bathrooms. You have the entire house to yourselves. Great location 5 minutes by car from the center of Gallipoli and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. If you want to swim in the sea in Saroz Bay, it is also 10 minutes away. Ferry port and bridge are very close. Bars street and attractions are within walking distance. Migros and Carrefour are nearby. We have a small garden and you can have a barbecue. A perfect villa vacation awaits!

Hello, our house is located in Kilitbahir village, Eceabat district of Çanakkale, and there are all the household items that should be in a house in the house. Our priority is cleanliness and meticulousness, no doubt about it. Your house, which is right in the middle of the historical peninsula, is 2 minutes walking distance to the ferry port, and our guests who want to swim can swim in the sea from the front of the house or on the beach, which is 10 minutes walking distance.
