Holiday rentals in Gurtnellen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr modern, super sauber und bestens ausgestattet – besonders die neue Küche und der Hot Tub haben uns begeistert. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christiane war hervorragend – sie hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Einige Anwohner in der Umgebung schienen nicht besonders erfreut über Feriengäste zu sein, wir fühlten uns gelegentlich etwas beobachtet. Dafür können wir das nahegelegene Gasthaus umso mehr empfehlen – sehr einladend, leckeres Essen und ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Myrthas Wohnung in Erstfeld! Die Unterkunft ist einfach top – super ausgestattet, stilvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie war mehr als genug Platz. Besonders genossen haben wir die traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon – dort haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und konnten dabei das Panorama in vollen Zügen genießen. Myrtha war von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es ist absolut nachvollziehbar, warum sie als Superhost ausgezeichnet wurde – das ist mehr als verdient! Wir können die Wohnung und Myrtha als Gastgeberin wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Finding the building, keys and car park was not easy/ clear but once that was worked out it was a fantastic place and location. Would recommend it 100%. Some photos in advance of the front of the apartment block and a map of where the parking is would be very helpful for English speaking visitors 😀 Also the remote for the garage was inside the apartment (the key doesn’t open it) so park your car temporarily out front to unpack, then move to the car later! The key safe is in the letterbox (I think it was described as a milk box)

Engelberg was absolutely gorgeous, and Andrea's apartment is in an ideal location. It's close enough to walk to the train station and grocery stores, but far enough away from the main area that it's very quiet and peaceful even when the town itself is quite busy. The hiking trails in the area are really fabulous and the apartment made a perfect basecamp. We also had basically everything we needed in the apartment -- the fridge was spacious enough for groceries for a week; there's a plethora of utensils, pots, and pans for cooking; and so we were able to cook for ourselves throughout our stay. Andrea was also very helpful -- he gave extremely detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment and nice recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, this is a truly wonderful little apartment in a magnificent part of Switzerland!

Cornelia’s place was great. The attention to detail in the apartment was divine. Her husband was very helpful when we arrived and such a joy. Will definitely be coming back next year!

That stay at Alice's was amazing. On the mountains, beautiful views the property is located in a peaceful and quite location. The apartment itself is well maintained, good heating and had all amenities. Its suitable for 2 families, although one bathroom could be a little challenging. Alice is a wonderful host, she was always available, shared helpful instructions and was very accommodating. Will definitely come back whenever possible. One last thing, the road to the property is a little tricky, since i was driving a van it was challenging. Reach out to Alice for advice on how to reach the property, especially if you are driving in the dark.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

Sehr schönes Haus vor toller Kulisse. Beat und Familie waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wetter war leider nicht auf unserer Seite, dafür haben wir den Hotpot und die Feuerstelle vor dem Haus umso ausgiebiger genutzt. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Beat nur jedem empfehlen.
