Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Charmant petit village paisible, entouré de forêts, situé en Haute-Marne proche des Vosges et de la Haute-Saône. La station thermale de Bourbonne les bains à 9 mn avec un parc animalier pour petits et grands, sa piscine intercommunal, ses commodités, son marché et un Casino. Découverte des vignes (BIO) de Coiffy, de la cité de vannerie de Fayl Billot, de Langres : la 2ème plus grande ville fortifiée de France, la coutellerie de Nogent. Véhicule indispensable. Les animaux sont les bienvenus.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

Located in the Grand Est region, in the Haute-Marne department. We welcome you to the charming little village of Vicq, located 10 km from the Bourbonne-les-Bains spa, ideal for cures and hikes. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (double bed), a mezzanine (relaxation area). Outdoor space with garden furniture. Garage equipped with an electric vehicle outlet.

Charming independent house in the heart of the countryside in Haute-Saône. Perfect place for a romantic and relaxing stay for two. The Maisonnete has its own private terrace with a Nordic bath. Use of the hot tub is not included. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

The Charm of the Lake

Lake house, nice and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
