Newly renovated modern accommodation in scenic Hedesunda. The accommodation is in a separate building on the property. Kitchen with Fridge, combined micro and hot air oven and 2-pin induction stove. Bathroom with shower cabin. Bedroom with 2 single beds , a sofa bed in the living room, width 140 cm, smart TV. The guest area passes just outside the residence and just 3 km away flows beautiful Dalälven, another 2 km away is Sandsnäsbadet with nice sand beach. 13 km to Gysinge with its rapids and Färnebofjärden National Park.

Newly produced villa in scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modernly designed and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that extends around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging pole for electric vehicles on the property. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjön's pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently only access to the lake in winter.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande tillgångar: Ved till bastu Dricksvatten i dunk Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) Utedass Liten grill Roddbåt Kanot Boendet är lämpat till max 2 personer.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A harmonious and relaxed environment awaits you, which as a host I am sure you will enjoy. Welcome welcome Ingemar with family

Small cozy guest house near the lake.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Herbre in natural farm environment

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Relax in this unique and quiet home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature and relax. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods just outside the door. Near you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the range of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
