You will be in the heart of Koh Phangan, 3 minutes walking to the main road, where you can find 7 11, plenty of restaurants and bars and just crossing this road you will be on the beach :-) House has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1st quality mattress, 1 separate office with a work station, living/dinning room with full equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Nice terrace with view to the coconut garden. I live on the island for 9 years, so I can help you with anything you need to have a great stay!!

Baan Kai Hidden Gem # 1

Located at the left edge of cliff and has amazing view at massive hill and huge sunset view from terrace. Keep in mind that you will need some transport to explore surroundings or reach shops. Living experience on secluded hill far from noise and neighbors. Massive sunset view includes sea, palm farms and mountains. Our house is well maintained and stylish. Kitchenette fitted with all necessities for basic cooking. Good internet connection, properly working Heater and AC.
