This is the perfect place for families who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside, without missing the conveniences of the city. For example, it is a 40 minute drive to the center of Amsterdam. It is advisable to have a car at your disposal. Because we are located in a rural area, there is little public transport.

Energy-neutral cozy vacation home

Wooden cottage, self-built in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the ridge have remained nicely in sight, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow clinkers from that farm form the terrace, along with the tiles from the basement. As a surprise, husband made a heart in the terrace for Karin! All in all a nice place to stay

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Cosy "Pelican Dune", minutes away from the beach.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.

Plashuis in Reeuwijk near Gouda

Come and enjoy this detached modern house with beautiful views of the Reeuwijk lake Elfhoeven. A nice quiet place on the water, nature in abundance with a nice walking and cycling area next door, the cozy Gouda nearby and several larger cities at 30 to 45 minutes by car or train. Nb. during the Christmas holidays, arrival is possible on Saturday, December 20. After 4 nights, a longer stay is possible for 120 euros/night on request.

Along (swimming) canal, 10 minutes from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
