Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Es liegt in einem ruhigen zentralen Stadtteil von Kassel, man braucht nur 5 Minuten in die Karlsaue und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen zum Friedrichsplatz & Friedericianum). Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad hat eine große Dusche.

Willkommen in unserer renovierten & liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in der Liebigstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni & des Klinikums. Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Bus&Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell mit Blick auf den Herkules & die Uni. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen, wenn auch ruhigen Lage.

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.

Quiet accommodation at Wilhelmshöhe (ICE) train station

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura.
