We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

The location is at the center of the fountain. If you jump out of the window, you will fall into Çeşme Marina. The location was very good, Ms. Ece helped us in every way and took care of us in a very good and polite way. We are very pleased. There may be a parking problem during the day, but there is a parking space in the evening.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!
