Our villa, which belongs to the Aymesev Taş Yapı tourism company, is directly on the sea. It is a 3-minute walk to Fener Bay beach. It is not a party house, it is a peaceful, quality and calm holiday destination. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meters pool. 6 rooms, 1 living room, large garden. All rooms have bathrooms. New and furnished with very stylish items. There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. All rooms have air conditioning. The pool is detached. Ayayorgi and marina are 2 minutes away by car. 10 min to Alaçatı.
