We stayed for 6 people for 3 days. Mr. Fatih and his family were very helpful in everything. The house was quite clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great advantage that it is very close to the center and the beaches, as well as the location where the house is located is a calm neighborhood. We would like to thank Mr. Fatih and his family for their helpfulness throughout the entire process. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind 🙏

The host provided a very helpful check-in experience and helped with many questions we had before check-in. The villa we stayed in was very good and full of amenities. It was like it was enough to get our luggage and come, the ingredients that we couldn't even think of were considered (shower gel, beach towels, spices, Turkish coffee…). The pool and the interior of the house were clean and the neighborhood was very decent. The only problem with the neighborhood was that the dog barking that started at night woke up our babies, but it's not loud enough to wake up adults. We had a perfect holiday, thank you so much to Ms. Sonia.

It was a very nice clean villa. The pool was large enough. We went with 6 friends and had a very enjoyable time.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this house very much. The house had a great garden, we had plenty of fruit from the trees out back. The house was very clean and tidy. Mr. Orhan's brother greeted us and took care of us, we felt like we were at home. It is close to everywhere in terms of location, most of them are within 15 - 20 minutes of the bay.

We had a calm and peaceful few days as a family. The only unfortunate thing we experienced was the heavy winds on those days. Mr. Aacan and his family were very hospitable. Thank you.

The garden was really beautiful, we had a pleasant time in the evenings. The fact that all rooms had air conditioning also increased our comfort. Kaan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was lovely and Kaan even brought us coffee pods which was a lovely bonus. Check in / out was stress free and the house was really homely. We would stay here again definitely.

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

The house was much bigger than it looked, and the size of the garden and pool was ideal. Very suitable for large groups or families. We parked our car easily. The location of the house is very central, we were very close to everywhere. We were in contact with the host from the very beginning. We had a very nice 3 days, thank you.

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

Staying at this beautiful house was an incredible experience in one of our favorite summer destinations — Çeşme! It was the perfect fit for our group — spacious enough for everyone to feel a sense of privacy, yet cozy enough to still feel connected, even with a large group. The view was stunning, the home felt peaceful, and the architecture was absolutely charming. We especially loved the pool and all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We spent six unforgettable days here and truly enjoyed every moment with family and friends. I wish we could come back every year for our family gatherings! A big thank-you to our amazing host — so helpful, responsive, and kind. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was clean and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can reach many Beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to stay at Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that region again. We would like to thank him. :)

Mr. Yakup was very helpful, responded quickly and met our requests. We would have been very happy if there was some flexibility, but we welcome it normally because there is no availability. The house cleaning was nice, we were satisfied. We stayed with 2 families with our friends and we had a problem with mosquitoes, we kept hunting mosquitoes:) We had a problem with a lot of cats in the garden, they disturbed us while eating, and even went to the table and ate our food. Of course, these are the usual conditions for houses with gardens. We did not have any problems with Mr. Yakup, we were satisfied with his service, thank you very much.

Everything was perfect, we met with an immaculate villa, there was air conditioning in every room, he waited for us even though we checked in late, Mr. Çağdaş, the pool is very clean in general, a very well-maintained villa, we reached the famous Alaçatı streets in 2 minutes, there could be a better location to the public beaches in 5 minutes, there are delicious restaurants very close by, but in a very calm and quiet place, we also visited the places recommended by Çağdaş, and despite our research on the internet, we thank you again from here, we will recommend this place to all our friends, we will definitely contact the contemporary gentleman in the next season.

A home where you'll feel at home much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. One street behind the Alaçatı bazaar, within walking distance of everything, I would definitely prefer it when I come back. It's great that the host's response to any questions and is open to feedback.

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

Ms. Neslihan is really friendly and a very caring lady who meets all our needs, especially the area where the house is located is very suitable for those seeking calm, quiet and peace, I would like to stay again in the future
