Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen, and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid.
