A large, spacious, and luxurious house. 4 bedrooms, two showers and toilets, a large indoor and air-conditioned floor with lots of games including a ping-pong table, and a professional snooker table. Large backyard with pool, basketball and trampoline, 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There's a beautiful promenade, a strip of beaches and a beautiful reserve. In the unit downstairs with a separate entrance and a shared access path lives a young couple. The property's yard is private and there is no overlap except for the driveway. There are three cats in the yard (that don't come in the house). You can feed them or keep them away as you wish.

Winemaker's Villa in Nature

Winemaker's Villa is close to the beach, family-friendly with the best road and dirt bicycle trails in Israel, as well as hiking trails, natural spring pools and beautiful views. By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is the perfect place to enjoy a real vacation in nature, do outdoor activities with the family and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. Our unit includes a trampoline.
