Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

We renovated the premises in 2020, so they appear neat. The premises consist of a family room, entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room on the 1st floor. Total approx. 90 m2. Large north facing terrace with sun from southwest and west. Access to large lawn. There is a lockbox if we are not at home upon guest arrival.
