Downtown cozy home

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Walk to downtown where you will find the tourist attractions in just minutes or grab your rest in the comfortable beds and armchairs. This house is only two and four blocks away from the entry and exit routes, north/south or east/west and is very easy to find. The house shares walls with the property on the front where I live but there are only two of us and the spaces are completely separated.

I travel to Roswell at least twice a month on business and have for 15 plus years. This is my first time staying in this home and when I tell you I couldn’t have felt more at home…that’s an understatement! The home is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to feel at home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this home !!

Quiet and comfortable. Surrounded by alfalfa fields. An amazing host and family. Plenty of parking and easy to find. As soon as you walk in you recognize it from all the pictures. It feels like home. Its a short drive to town, walmart and local restaurants. My only regret, is not being able to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was private and peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding orchards. The host gave clear instructions for check in and check. The home was very clean upon arrival and exactly as the listing described. The host had even left a thoughtful note and blueberry muffins to welcome us! We prepared most of our meals at home during our stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to relax in the evenings after a day of adventures. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful home, great place to stay. Would definitely stay at Jays place again. Jay is very quick to communicate, really appreciated the communication. The only issue I would mention is that there are 4 beds and 4 bedrooms, but one bedroom has bunk beds and there is no bed in one bedroom, which was a bit of an issue for 4 senior adults. However, the couch in the living room is extremely comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed our stay!
