Albert's (Kim's) place is exceptional. There's not many 120 year old farmhouses in the forest that you can stay in! The place is very comfortable. The antique furniture and artwork are just amazing. Kim even had some food and wine waiting for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. There's an outside fire pit and he is readily available for any local recommendations as he is right next door. A wonderful gentleman who is just a joy to talk with. Unique place and highly recommended if you love nature and local history.

Kate's place is a beautiful and comfortable spot from which to enjoy the peaceful north Lake George region. The setting and view are to die for, just as the pictures suggest, and the location is quiet and private. The house is nicely renovated with modern amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. On a rainy day, the games room in the basement is a perfect place to spend time hanging out over a game of pool or darts. Kate is a friendly, helpful and responsive host who was a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s cabin! Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and the cabin was exactly as described. We found it very clean, nicely updated and welcoming, and enjoyed our time, especially relaxing on the screened back porch. We’ll be back next time we travel to this area!
