This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. Charming independent garden floor in bi-family house, located 10 min from Strasbourg city center, 10 min from the airport and less than 5 min from the Zénith on a very quiet street where you can easily park. You enter through our courtyard in a large kitchen open to the living room. A hallway takes you to the shower room as well as a room with a crib and then to a large bedroom with queen-size bed. We can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.

Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) with a view of our miniature goats, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case)😀. Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
