It is located on the 1st floor without elevator access of a residence, has a bedroom and a large living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the toilet is separate. The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Ideal starting point for all your visits to the region, whether in Northern Alsace, Germany or towards the Wine Route.

The guesthouse is situated in a very calm residential estate. We are 1.5kms away from the dual carriageway which will take you directly to Strasbourg. The journey takes about 30 minutes by car. The guesthouse is very modern and cosy with all the necessary commodities to make your stay feel like being at home.
