Monthly Rentals in Hải Châu District

A man in his mid-30s used it alone for 8 nights and 10 days. To start with the conclusion, it is a very satisfactory accommodation and I will use it again when I revisit Da Nang. Kevin is very kind. He'll help you whenever you need it. It takes about 10-12 minutes on foot to the traditional market, and I used a Grab motorcycle when necessary. There is a restaurant called Phở Ngọc within a minute's walk. I highly recommend you to visit. I will tell you the disadvantages. 1. The soundproofing is not good. If necessary, it would be nice to prepare an earplug. 2. It is recommended to take a shower (+ shower filter). After about a week, the shower filter gradually turns dark brown. I am personally very satisfied and recommend this accommodation.😃

This is the nicest apartment I've stayed at in Da Nang. It's basically brand new and is a loft style layout with floor to ceiling windows offering an excellent view of the airport, allowing you to watch the planes take off. The sound insulation is good and unlike many of the buildings closer to the beach, there are no issues with humidity/dampness. The apartment is on the top floor of a mixed-use building on a main street that makes it easy to go all the restaurants and cafes in Hai Chau. It's also really not that far from the beach side of the river either. If you want to enjoy Da Nang but not have to deal with the craziness and traffic of My An in the high season, this is a really good spot. The hosts are friendly and very responsive.

Ciara was a great host. She herself came to greet us and handover keys although we came late at night. House was very beautliful. Although most of the times we faced language problem at vietnam but she was very good in her english. We felt like at our home. She was always there to guide us for attractions around. In all it was a very good stay. Kudos to Ciara for her hospitality. Thanks a lot Ciara.

I would definitely recommend Banana Flower to anyone looking to stay in Da Nang. It’s a really good location with lots of restaurants/coffee shops and beautiful scenery. The room was really bright and airy, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. A great place to stay!
