We really enjoyed the tranquility, the fabulous view of the valley and the sun on the south-facing balcony, living room and kitchen. The 2 chairlift is within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The somewhat outdated kitchen did not bother us, everything worked. Also the open hallway down was no problem for us. Communication with Christiane before and during the stay was very pleasant - all questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Eckart's little house is unusual and very original. It is very nicely decorated, well-equipped and very clean. Located in a very quiet location and a beautiful environment. We were very well hosted and the communication between us went very well. I highly recommend this listing

Our 2nd stay at Ronald's sun house was also fantastic. During our tours, we often compared the vacation homes in the area with "ours" and every time it was clear that we had made the best choice: the location, the privacy - everything was great. Ronald also provided us with hiking and event tips this time, which we were happy to take advantage of. For us it is certain: We will come back someday.

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

I visited the apartment at the end of May, and the stay was for only two people, and the space is very suitable for this number. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. My apartment was Michel Top 4. Very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It has two glass openings in the ceiling that open with electricity, and the views are very beautiful. Private parking is available. Note: There is no air conditioning or fan, but the atmosphere was nice and we did not need it during our stay. The only drawback is that if you arrive at the apartment at night, it is very difficult to arrive because the streets are dark and scary, and you feel that the area is uninhabited. But during the day, the situation is completely different - the place is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. The host was very cooperative and responded quickly. I do not recommend living without a car, because the area of Oetz is small and limited, but it is less than an hour away from Innsbruck. ⸻ Stayed at Michel Top 4 in late May. Perfect for two people — clean, cozy, great views, and well-equipped. No AC or fan, but the weather was nice. Hard to find at night (dark roads), but beautiful during the day. Helpful host. A car is a must in Oetz.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Emanuel's place. The entrance through the barn wins for the most interesting I've ever had to get to a property but it was beautiful and very well sign posted and described. Check in was very easy and parking excellent. The apartment is lovely with everything you could need provided. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom is amazing, like something from a spa hotel. We were three people and it was perfect for us. You could easily fit 4, and the only slight squeeze might be if everyone wanted a seat on the couch at once. Emanuel was very helpful and responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The town is lovely and within 1 hour drive you access to top class skiing (which is why we were there) and still only about half an hour to centre Innsbruck. Book this place and you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment with fantastic views 600 m above the Inn Valley! From the apartment, you can drive further up the mountain to hiking areas incl. a gondola lift up to >2000 m and from there continue hiking up to the peaks. And there are also many options in the area around the valley, including a really impressive gorge near Imst. We felt super comfortable in the apartment. You should be prepared for somewhat limited Internet, which was not a problem for us, because it was always sufficient for tour planning. And things like vinegar, oil, spices etc. are best brought directly as they are not in stock. In addition, we had to find out that our city car only moderately coped with the mountains and the brakes reached their limits on the descent :D We can definitely recommend the accommodation with all our heart, the communication with Martina was super pleasant and we will be happy to come back!!
