Berries and mushrooms can be picked in the forest that is around the property. In the surroundings, there are fantastic beaches, for example. Örsten Nature Reserve by the sea. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
