Beachfront holiday rentals in Halki

Very special place. Very wild and peaceful. The beach was deserted. There was some washed up rubbish etc, however for 1-2km by the house the beach was very clean due to the efforts of the host etc. Beaches further afield were unfortunately pretty dirty. You can walk to a restaurant about 2hrs from the house, two towns 10-15mins drive away. House was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy vibes. Fresh food from the garden. Perfect relaxed vibe.

If you walk 200 meters you can swim in the sea, perfect place overlooking the harbor and the many ferries, sailboats very large, and ordinary sailboats. There's a lot of life. Everything within easy reach grocery store, eateries, cafes etc.

Spacious and peaceful villa - well equipped with everything needed

This was my second stay at this wonderful Villa, and it was just as peaceful and serene as I remembered. Waking up to the stunning view is truly amazing, it never gets old. Since my first visit, the hosts have made several thoughtful renovations, both big and small, which only enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the new additions like the games, ping pong table and painting supplies, lovely touch. People in the village were so friendly and welcoming, both other tourists and locals. I’ll definitely be back again!

This is a beautiful property with a fantastic pool, spacious garden, and easy access to the sea. The house is located in a peaceful part of the island, with a cool breeze even on hotter days. There are some amazing restaurants nearby (we fell in love with Almyra) and you are around 35 minutes from Rhodes Town, Faliraki or even Lindos. We had an unforgettable week with our family and would advise anyone looking for a larger property on Rhodes to come here. The location of the house is unbeatable. Every morning we enjoyed the view of the turquoise blue sea and swam in it before breakfast. Faidra takes care of the wishes of her guests quickly and understandingly. We would like to come back as soon as possible. Thanks Faidra!

Sea Villa Kalavarda is the perfect place if you want to stay away from the crowds. It is spacious, clean, and private. There is a nice little beach a few steps from the house that you don't have to share wth anyone. For bigger beaches, drive to Porto Antico, about 4 km. Here you have great food and lovely sunsets. It is advisable to rent a car to get around from Kalavarda. Lovely place and I would go back there tomorrow!

We spent a week at Christos and Thanasis’ place and had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully designed, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Christos was always available and made sure we had everything we needed – thank you again for your kindness! Away from the tourist crowds, this is the perfect spot to unwind. With a car, many beautiful beaches, towns, and restaurants are easily accessible. We’d love to come back someday!

The place was perfect for 12 people. Lots of space and an amazing view from the villa. The area was very private. We asked for some extra dishwasher and washing machine tablets which we got straight away. The insulation between rooms could have been better. Highly recommend the place as we had a great time.

Very nice stay at Villa Costa Gennadi, there were 6 of us, the house is very well-equipped, the proximity to the beach is perfect, and the location in general is perfect for those who do not like tourist areas, we went to dinner in the village 15 min on foot and the beach was almost ours (very few people, sometimes no one). We would definitely recommend this Airbnb 🙂

The place is amazing. Even bettet that in photos! Spacious, clean. The house had everything we needed to make our five-person family feel like home. The location is 10 min away with the car from the nearest city, so it's a calm and private place. Pool was cooled so even in the hot days you can always refresh. The pool's 1.5 m depth makes it ideal for families with young children or for people who are not proficient swimmers. Owner, Stefanos, was very kind and welcoming. Suggested places to shop, eat, and see among other things. He left us some snacks, wine and cooled water.

Our stay at the villa in Lachania was a beautiful experience. The villa is spacious, stylishly furnished and offers breathtaking views of the sea. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and a highlight for the kids. Particularly noteworthy is the location, which allowed us complete peace and absolute privacy – ideal for an undisturbed family vacation. A holiday in the Villa Marqua means relaxation and recreation from the first second. The lovingly designed garden in its colorful flowers delighted us every morning. This typical Greek house with its loving and individual furnishings immediately conveys the feeling of being with friends, not strangers. In particular, the landlord Martis gave us the feeling of being at home with his warm and helpful manner. Our next Greece vacation will definitely be in Villa Marqua again!

A dream vacation in Gennadi! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa right on the beach! The accommodation is top equipped, very clean and offers everything you want for a relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the large, private pool – perfect for relaxing overlooking the sea. The location is ideal: quiet and idyllic, but at the same time only about 1200 meters from the nice village of Gennadi, where you can eat or shop comfortably. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended! Thank you!

Katerina owns a beautiful villa and you couldn’t look for any better! There is everything you need in the villa and you can easily spend your days chilling by the pool and walking to the beach. I would recommend hiring a car if staying in this Airbnb as it is in a quiet village - this was exactly what we were looking for! Katerina was an extremely responsive host and could not have been more helpful. She was easily reachable and happy to help with everything.

I recently stayed at Michael’s beautiful villa in Rhodes for a few days before my family arrived, and it was an amazing experience! The villa is a true gem with three beautiful bedrooms, spotless cleanliness, and everything well-organized. Michael was incredibly helpful and always available if needed. He even welcomed us with a lovely fruit basket and some local beer. The garden was fantastic, offering herbs for barbecue and even some aubergine that we could use. The swimming pool and barbecue area added so much to our stay. The beach is very close, and we even saw deer walking around! If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the busy city, this place is perfect. Highly recommend Michael as a fantastic host! It was one of the best experiences I ever had during my travels.

This is easily our favorite villa that we have stayed at in Lachania over the years. We had no issues during our stay and Michail is a great, professional, helpful and responsive host! The instructions to find the house were very descriptive and we found it no problem. Parking was super easy as the villa has its own area that easily fits 4 cars. There’s a Nest lock and code to get in which is convenient and you don’t worry about house keys. The house itself was absolutely amazing. You walk into a big, open first floor plan with a huge patio door leading out to a gorgeous patio. The kitchen was spotless and clearly upgraded recently as was the half bath downstairs. You get a 4k tv with all the streaming services and a Sony Bluetooth ready speaker system for your music. Upstairs you’ll find 2 beautiful bedrooms with larger and comfy beds and an amazing full bath with a tub/shower combo. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking, especially at night with all the stars visible.

Wow what a great find. We just loved staying in Tsampika's house. It was quiet, peaceful, away from the crowds, our own beach, what's not to like! We arrived a bit late due to getting a bit lost (driving in dark) but we were met with a warm smile from Tsampika's husband who was so kind. We had a car (a must) and wonderful to explore the island. Fabulous coastline along the West Coast of the Island which is the quieter side and just loved everything we saw. There are many papers on good things to see in the house. If you like wonderful sunsets and peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We drove near Lindos and couldn't wait to leave! We were met with a lovely basket of goodies, and immediate things needed for breakfast before we did our own supermarket shop which was so kind. Fabulous amount of hot water, and all in all so very relaxing. It would be good to have a mirror in the twin room and all the beds are quite hard. I would highly recommend Tsampika's house.

We had a great few days at Christina’s place in Halki. The location was great and we had a lovely afternoon relaxing on the balcony. The apartment was as described and is ideally located in Halki.

What a lovely property and the location was amazing. Went for a swim everyday in the crystal clear water. Car hire is a must on Rhodes. Great restaurants/shopping nearby. Had a slight problem finding the property as we arrived very late and the taxi driver could not locate the road to the villa. This was the only setback however as we had a wonderful holiday. The room is not too big, ma cosy, the location is the best in the island. Far from the busy livadia, but not too far for a nice walk to the port, the restaurants and the shops. Maria has been a great host, putting a lot of care and passion in what she does. Always availble for advice or for whathever a guest can need.
