The house is located in the center of the village of Emponas, which is 38 km away from the island's airport and 54 km from the city of Rhodes. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed including a toilet and one bedroom with a double bed, which has a toilet with a shower. There is a kitchen, dining room, seating area, courtyard and barbecue. Less than 100 meters away are all shops of interest such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and traditional shops with local products.

Its Architecture has the characteristics of the traditional single-room with swirling arch houses of Rhodes, with fireplace and a wooden “paga” (i.e. traditional bench).
