The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

loved this house for our first time in Florida! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of entertainment for our family! host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

We were there for a week. A friend family was staying in the next block, on 13th N, and we were able to make comparison of the apartments. We could see that the one from Karima was all appliances and furnitures updates. Spotless. Quite neighborhood, easy access to beach, and free transportation in the surroundings like Circuit (community services). We will rent next time in the area.

The stay was amazing! It was in the perfect location and the host was phenomenal with communication! We will definitely stay there again! BOOK NOW!! You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I had a great time during our honeymoon. We enjoyed the fun places to eat, the stores to explore nearby and all the fun things to do in the area. Loved the hot tub, pool and beach life!!!

Nonoska was very responsive and overall stay was superb! Extended stay twice. Only issue was TV in LR-only cable TV- suggest providing access to NETFLIX, Amazon prime etc...hooked up my own laptop. Excellent host and condco- highly recommend. Blankets very clean- smelled fresh. Kitchen immaculate..could use more tha 1 hand towels. A/C excellent. Looking foward to returning soon.

This place was perfect. Only complaint and it’s not the host fault is that the entrance to the hotel can be missed very easily. Had to bust a few too many u-turns lol

We really enjoyed our stay here! The penthouse was amazing and lived up to everything that it looks like online. Very family friendly and had plenty of amenities available. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Florida.

The view was absolutely stunning and the constant breeze was so relaxing in this Florida heat. I love the spacious rooms and set up. Access on and off the elevator was great so we didn't have to worry about people waking us up early or late in the evening. It was definitely perfect to bring my family. I used the amenities and thought it was well worth the money. I liked how there were buckets and a football and an extra chair for us to take to the beach. I also liked how we were walking distance from Walmart and Publix. We ate at Padrinos, rooftopresturant, pizza spot but 7-11 and the resturant at another hotel and were all great options. Other than that we had to Uber. Only negative thing I can say is that I had to reclean the bathrooms. I saw some hairs on the toilet seat that grossed me out and we ran out of hot water during our showers. I wish they had thankless water heaters. So you do have to figure out how early or late to shower. We will definitely be back. Host was excellent!

I needed a more affordable option than a nearby hotel and this place worked perfectly. Easily accessible building, friendly security staff that made me feel safe. Elena and Vitaliy were great communicators and I’d stay again.

Lovely flat, clean comfy linens, cozy blankets, pillows and sleeping accommodations. Easy access with key code. Well appointed kitchen, lots of bathroom goodies and creature comforts, lotions and candles. Luxurious atmosphere at a bargain price just steps from the beach. Communicative, generous host. Loved it- would absolutely book again!

This is my 2nd time staying at Lyfe and it never disappoints! The service and friendliness is outstanding! Marcos location had so many amenities and everything you could possibly need for cooking! The beach was beautiful, and I will continue to come back here!
