In the basement is the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. In front of the house, the bus runs to the S-Bahn and to Erding. Opposite is a Rewe market. There is a terrace with awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking are available!
