Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Uli was very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Always happy to come back and thank you for the great time. Clear referral.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

What a great place — excellent and friendly hosts, walking distance to the lake, great running trails, across the street from the train station, parking…I could go on and on about how convenient everything was for a trip to to Salzburg area. However, what we really loved was the fenced-in yard, pool, and super dog-friendly atmosphere. We knew within a few hours of being there that we wanted to extend our stay, and I’m so glad that we did! We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and given a short tour of the grounds. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the accommodation are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and we got some to try. The area is also beautiful: many hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, hospitable and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation is lovingly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything well. We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! The stay at Valentin's was great. The apartment matched the pictures and it had everything you could want. Valentin was a very nice host and greeted us personally upon arrival. We would come back anytime:)

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. Beautiful modern apartment, nothing was missing! The view of the Attersee was decisive for me when booking!

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. The communication in advance as well as during the stay was very pleasant and courteous, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we didn't have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

The views and surrounding area are beyond beautiful!!! The community is charming and welcoming, such a beautiful area to walk around. The chalet is impeccable and decorated with care. Do not hesitate to book this place 😃

Location is very good 37 min to Konigssee and Berchtesgaden a city thats well worth visiting. The balcony was very nice to have a peaceful breakfast. A restaurant named Lohmayr Stub’n was about 50m - great restaurant!! Probably 8 min walk from the place there is a very good bakery with a great variety of choice. Denise was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. Denise place was clean and comfortable.

Daniela and her house hold a special place for us. It made our whole trip. The house is huge and private with a huge garden tucked away in the beautiful peaceful forest. As for inside the house, it felt right at home. From the cute gifts Daniela left for us to the fully equipped store, bathroom and kitchen that had literally everything you need, to the comfortable clean beds and amazing fireplace. I also want to mention all the Tv subscriptions Daniela offered for us including Netflix and amazon prime and all the local recommendations by the hostess. It is literally the best place I ever booked. Thank you for the great place and we will definitely be back!!
