Tisvildeleje and Hegnet are 5 minutes away. Shared facilities: Petanque, Tennis court, playground, mini football field. Paddleboard, bicycles, kayak can be rented. The house is in a quiet location, close to panoramic views of the sea and beach. Fantastically quiet area with access to a hot tub or shower and sauna, washer and dryer. Two toilets. Three terraces in the garden. The third is covered with lounge atmosphere. Trampoline and BBQ The living/dining room has a wood stove, fibernet, and a TV with Chromecast.

I idylliske asserbo, omgivet af skov og tæt på liseleje strand, udlejer vi vores sommerhus. Der er tre soveværelser og der kan redes op i alkoven i alrummet, og på sofaen i stuen. Vildmarksbadet kan frit benyttes og der er bålsted, trampolin, rutchebane, udebruser med varmt vand og meget mere. Velkommen. I skal selv medbringe sengetøj+håndklæder.

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme, sjæl og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus & have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, vildmarksbad, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & kørsel til skov. Obs: vildmarksbad kan ikke bruges pga utæthed i øjeblikket.

Our completely private cottage is a bright and spacious cottage. Here is space for the whole family in the three bedrooms, 12 m2 annex and 15 m2 loft. Tennis court, nature playground and playing field are located in the Tisvildelund area of 66 residences. The area is beautiful with a lovely view, quiet and very child-friendly. Tisvildeleje has everything your heart desires of good shopping, lifestyle shopping, cozy cafes and restaurants. The house is within walking distance to a sandy beach.

This idyllic property boasts a prime location adjacent to the picturesque plantation of Asserbo/Tisvilde, and the stunning beaches are easily accessible by bike or on foot. The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. Accommodates 4 guests.

Here you will find both relaxation and experiences right outside the door. The house offers a spa, sauna, large terrace and a lovely garden with plenty of space for play and fun. The house is 1 km from the beach and within a short distance to the forest and the cozy town of Tisvilde.

This charming cottage from 2021 has a lake, campfire hut, two annex huts, gas barbeque and an electrically heated outdoor hot tub. Here is room enough for the extended family with babies, older children and dogs. The forest which is full of hiking trails is a 5 minute walk away. There is 1km to Roskilde Fjord and 2km to the child-friendly Kulhuse Beach. NOTE: Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Extra fee applies for use of hot tub.

Read a book by the fireplace or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Theres a TRX and and yoga mats available plus a spa (October through April). Pls no shoes indoors.
