Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Die Wohnung ca. 100m2 (4 Zi.KDB) befindet sich im 1. OG in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Speziell eingerichteter Arbeitsplatz. Im historischen Ortskern von Haltern sind die vielen gemütlichen Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kirchplatz und die Fußgängerzone vorm Haus locken zum Marktbesuch und bei gutem Wetter zu Eis, leckeren Gerichten und Drinks. Die Umgebung kann zu Fuß oder per Rad erkundet werden. Ladestation für Fahrräder am Marktplatz Tiere nicht erlaubt.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Bright approx. 75 sqm attic apartment with two separate sleeping areas with double bed 140/200 or 180/200. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

In the immediate vicinity, numerous restaurants, cafes and bistros invite you to enjoy and linger.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die im August 2024 fertiggestellte Neubau Wohnung befindet sich direkt in Haltern am See und nur ein paar Meter entfernt vom wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet Hohe Mark. Die nach Südwest ausgerichtete Dachterasse lässt viel Licht in den offenen Wohnessbereich. Das Sofa lässt sich zu einem 1,60m Schlafsofa ausziehen. so dass maximal 4 Personen hier schlafen können.
