There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang ist über eine separate Aussentreppe von 16 Stufen erreichbar.

Das EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 gehört zu einem Ensemble von mehreren historischen Natursteingebäuden, die liebevoll restauriert wurden und anspruchsvollen Gästen ein tolles Naturerlebnis mitten im Herzen der Eifel bescheren, ohne auf entspannten Luxus verzichten zu müssen. Das EIFEL QUARTIER ist eine sehr individuelle, ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit modernem Pelletofen, sie geht über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine E-Tankstelle. Hier wurde pures Wohnen in die Moderne überführt.

Einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer mit Tageslicht im Keller unseres Einfamilienhauses in Altenkirchen/Ww. Eigenes Bad 2 Schritte über den Flur gegenüber dem Zimmer. Der Flur führt in unsere Kellerräume, d. h. wir müssen manchmal durch den Flur. Miniküche. WLAN. TV. Nähe DRK Altenheim. Zum Bett (1,40 x 2,00, für zwei Personen zum Schlafen) kann bei Bedarf ein Reisebett dazugestellt werden. Für Gäste mit Baby ist eine Buchung nach Rücksprache möglich.

(Bus & train runs directly from Mayen) The apartment is centrally located but still quiet You can expect a familiar, uncomplicated atmosphere in a detached house. Ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business travelers, families (with children).

Unsere gemütliche und stimmungsvolle Ferienwohnung liegt in idealer Lage zu den beiden traumhaften Gegenden Mosel und Eifel. Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch ihre großzügige und moderne Raumgestaltung aus. Der idyllisch erholsame Ort ist ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem unweit von der Autobahn. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geeignet für Paare und Familien (bis 4 Personen und Baby). Im selben Haus befindet sich seit Juni 2024 unsere Unterkunft "Landhaus Elztal".

House in the middle of the historical center of Kaisersesch. From here you can quickly reach many great sights, such as the Moselle or the Nürburgring. Around the Eifelhaus there are grocery stores, a local museum, small boutiques and a large playground. The Eifelhaus offers enough space for up to 4 people. An additional bed is easily possible after consultation.

You have a fantastic view over the Rhine Valley and Koblenz. The tranquility , the modern , cozy atmosphere and idyllic, natural location invite you to relax and unwind.

💸Low Budget Apartment

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und 2025 renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können.

Ob ein romantisches oder schlicht gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit, unter Freunden oder mit der Familie, das ist das richtige Haus. Es liegt mitten zwischen Wäldern und Feldern mit nur 2 weiteren Wohnhäusern und ein paar Hallen in der Nachbarschaft. Ausflüge zur Burg Elz, zum Laacher See oder an die Mosel bieten sich super an.
