There is a 1.60 m bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, 42" TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine, etc. The Sternschanze S-Bahn is 7 minutes away, Holstenstr. 5 minutes.Schulterblatt is about 3 minutes away... A supermarket is about 1 minute away. If you travel by car, I can send you a visitor parking ticket (€3/day)

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Due to its central location and proximity to the trade fair and university, our room rental is ideal for business travelers, trade fairvisitors and city trip visitors alike. Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
