Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo travelers, for couples only if they are comfortable with the 140x200cm sofabed size.

The Alstertale shopping center can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Norbert Schmidt Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, by public transport in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking right in front of the house.

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
