Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Hamilton County

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

Great location to access restaurants and shopping. Very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable after several very long days. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Brenda was such a responsive host. The unit was SPOTLESS. If I were to have taken pictures, they would look exactly like the ones they have posted. Plenty of everything we needed (towels, dishes, cookware, bath supplies, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.) and even had seasoning and oil to cook with! My family of 5 was super comfortable. My husband and I had the master bedroom with the en-suite , our three boys had the second room and bathroom with each one having their own bed. I was able to fix full breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there as well. We had access to the clubhouse and pool which we used. This unit is about 10 minutes from Grand Park sports complex where we had a tournament. There is a bit of construction on the streets around the unit complex because they're building up so much nearby. Great area, great unit, great host!!

Had a nice stay here. The beds and couch were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped and laundry was so useful. Nice location.

Excellent stay at a great price! The space was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. The host provided all the essential amenities, along with clear, easy-to-follow instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location. It is a newly built complex. It was stocked with everything you could need. The appliances were brand new and everything was squeaky clean. The king bed was amazing. At first I thought it was too hard but I settled in and had great sleep. I actually didn't toss and turn like usual. My husband, who is picky about beds, said he slept great. I love baths and the deep tub and ample hot water was great after a long day at a wrestling tournament. We were too busy to enjoy the gym and swimming pool but the pool looked amazing. imIf I travel here again, I will chose this place. again.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

great place and location

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

She was an incredible host! One thing that I loved was the security of the building! I felt very safe being in an unfamiliar city. The space was also really cute with the furniture and lighting. One thing that blew my mind, like “wow, this host (Mary) is really going above and beyond” was that she sent a map of how to get from the entry of the building to the parking garage. She even sent photos of the entry of the entrance of the parking garage along with the address!! Like I am such a visual learner so she was incredibly helpful. Plus, with my friends and I not knowing the area, the photos alleviated a lot of stress. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip! The streets we so cute and the place was so comfortable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Mary!!

Great place directly in Broad Ripple very close to the bike path! Right between Carmel and Indianapolis.

Excellent apartment. Well decorated and comfortable and easy to get in and out of the building. Great locations for us to attend a conference at the convention center. There's lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a donut shop near by. Highly recommend.

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

Myself & 6 sisters (all over the age of 63) stayed here for a long weekend. We loved the overall look of the house, the 3 full baths, the very comfortable beds (one sister said it was the best she'd slept in 23 years!), the large kitchen, the comfortable & spacious seating areas, & the 2 car garage! we were 10 min away from numerous restaurants & other attractions. It was hot outside but the house stayed cool & comfortable. The host was very friendly & responsive to our concerns (which were minor). The stair treads were a bit short (I believe this was noted in the description) but , using the railings, we all managed them fine. We would definitely stay in this comfortable & spacious house again!

Great location, very private! We had plenty of room inside and the kids were able to play outside as well. We loved the back deck!

Lynell's place was even better than expected. Each room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home.

We loved staying here! We were out in Indiana for a long stay and Deborah’s home made us feel at home! It has everything you need and the special extra touches around the house make you feel like you’re not staying in an Airbnb but a luxury home. The back yard and workout space are perfect! The beds were so comfortable! And are little pup love it too!

Beautiful front porch and back deck and backyard. Great location for going to the Indy 500. We slept comfortably and the host had plenty of coffee, tea, basics. They provided us with a cooler and 3 camp chairs to borrow. Great place!

Host was on point on everything. A nicely remodeled home inside. Plenty of sleeping space. It has a great backyard and front porch for relaxing chill mode ✅ An enjoyable stay for a couple nights, after a big event, to unwind at.

My family had an amazing stay at this home. It was luxurious, clean and cozy. We took the pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen which was well equipped. Also got to watch some movies with the family in the theatre room. The house came supplied with all the baby essentials which made our stay even better! Ryan, our host was super friendly and responsive. Thanks so much again. Truly felt at home here. We’ll be back soon… Highly recommend.
