Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hamilton County

Very cute and comfy place, just as described, and the host was very responsive and communicative. We had a great stay, thank you!

This location is awesome. So many things to do in the area. Just a short walk to the parking garage and the local people were very accepting of my dropping off my elderly parents before going to park. Scott has a great welcome book inside the apartment with plenty of explanation on the surroundings.

This home was very clean, well stocked, wonderful fenced in back yard, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Our son was playing baseball at Grand Park and it was a short 5 minute trip to the fields! The backyard was perfect for our doodles! The home was very clean and the beds were super comfy!!! The only thing we would change was the set up of the living room and maybe some more comfy living room furniture. From where the couch sits you have to turn your head to the left to see the tv and the two chairs were not much for relaxing. But all in all this house was perfect and we had a wonderful stay!

We stayed for five days over the Christmas holidays while in town visiting family. This property was perfect. Very homey, great location, exactly as listed. Will definitely look at staying here when we visit again.

If you are staying here for a wedding at the Mill Top highly recommend. This just makes it so much easier to not have to figure out transportation and you can walk there if you need to. Lovely and romantic space for a wedding too.

David’s place was awesome. Felt right at home! It was very clean and was in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was in short distance of the home which made it very convenient. Everything we would have needed was in the home as well. David was also very responsive to any messages and questions! Would absolutely stay here again!

The house worked perfectly for us. We were back in Indiana for a HS graduation and we could leave the dogs at the house. The back yard being fenced made it easy to let them out. Kim has a well stocked house with enough coffee for at least a few days, and snacks for that critical first night after a day of travel. The house was clean and exactly like her photos. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if needed.

We stayed at Carissa's so we could attend a conference at the Ruoff venue. Great location near Ruoff. Private, quiet, clean.

Had an amazing time. Room was great and clean. The team was very responsive. Everything was better then could ask for.

We enjoyed our time at Terry’s place. It had very nice amenities and the place was spotless. Went there for the World Fitness Project but I would definitely visit again just for fun. FYI if you are into Pickleball bring your paddles there is a nice court on the patio!

The home was great and the beds were very comfortable! It was so peaceful sitting outside, enjoying this beautiful property! We got to chat with the owners and meet the animals. We fished and were offered, Extra time on Sunday for checkout. They did not have guests coming right away and let us check out later in the afternoon. Great location, and even better hosts! We look forward to returning!

Amazing stay!!! Host had clear and useful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place was clean, felt very homey, and had everything you could possible need (extra sheets, towels, blankets, toiletries, etc.). Wonderful location, close to many great restaurants, bars, shops, and walking paths. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

I had a great stay, the place was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The only slight downfall is live music on the weekends from the bar below so if you’re a light sleeper come prepared! Carly does make a great attempt in aiding the situation with noise makers and ear plugs!

Was in town for a show and didn't even realize it was Indy 500 weekend. This place really bailed us out in terms of available lodging. Claudia was great and the place was as described. Easy Uber access to Ruoff was a plus.

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

This is the second time staying at this owner’s property. We were in town for Indy 500 activities. The apartment was great and would highly recommend Butler Villa

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!
