Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hamilton County

The location was walking distance of some great places to eat and surrounded by beautiful historic architecture! David was timely with his communication and greeted my husband and I when we arrived and gave us recommendations for food and activities in town. Michael made sure the guest areas were tip top shape and coffee was made in the morning and was also very friendly and helpful for my husband and I. With all the care it felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel, only with beautiful historic views and rooms. This was my husband and I's first b and b experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't stay longer. 😄

Easy to find, super clean and cute! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues, and would recommend it to anyone! The host was lovely as well and we were happy to get the chance to meet her!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the area. Motion lights helped us find our way when we arrived at night, and the blackout shades were helpful for sleeping. We appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and bath products in the shower, and the host checked in via text to make sure everything was going well. The area outside the entrance with Adirondack chairs and a little table under the main deck was pretty and looked out to the wooded backyard.

Host was extremely responsive when I had questions. The property has plenty of on-street parking and is in a great central location.

Such a cute house and a great location. It is on a quiet street and felt very safe. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The house fit our needs perfectly, great for multiple families staying together. Beds were very comfy, including the king pullout in the finished basement. The house was cozy and very clean! It had everything we needed. Liz was quick to answer any questions I had. She also provided a cute s’mores kit and fresh farm eggs. My 4 year old loved staying here. The front porch with the rocking chairs were nice to sit on at night while she chased lightening bugs. Overall a 10/10. I would recommend staying here.

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

Raven's place was exactly like the pictures. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. There are TONS of things to do within walking distance. We parked our car when we arrived, and didn't use it again until we checked out. This has nothing to do with the apartment, but be prepared for noise at night. The surrounding neighborhood has some loud people and plenty of loud cars. Nothing that can't be helped with a white noise machine or some earplugs. Raven and Nidal were very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of Great American ballpark. Very spacious, clean and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Left breakfast snacks and lots of coffee options. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay again.

The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in town and still felt very homey and safe. Even though there were tenants upstairs, we never saw them and it was very private. We had the back porch all to ourselves and enjoyed watching the lizards running around. Will definitely stay here again if we come back into town for another concert.

Great location! Close to everything downtown! Parking lots all around. Felt safe! Walkable. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and activities! Grocery store close! Only negative was the stairs lol Be prepared for stairs. It didn’t hinder our trip but may not be feasible for some age groups. Overall would stay here again!

My aunt and I stayed at Victoria’s place and absolutely loved it. The vintage touches were awesome; she’s thought of everything! We got a tip to go to Sugar & Spice Diner, went there, loved it, met a stranger there who told us all the good spots to visit. If not for that diner, we never would’ve found cool things to do in the rain. We had a great time in Cincinnati thanks to Victoria.

This is a very well designed apartment - the bathroom is particularly well structured. Great bar just a minute away (Somerset), and Over the Rhine has great night life.

Lovely home with wonderful view to unwind and relax in. Our hosts, Debbie and Dean went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Excellent breakfast time spent with them around a beautifully set table, and delectable food! Really pampered!

Our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Perfect location for the Ren Faire.

The property was what we expected. It is a 150-year old farmhouse with lots of charm and character, but with modern updates. The owners, John and Carol, are extremely accommodating. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would love to visit during the summer when the farmland that surrounds this property is in full swing. It would truly feel like you were on a country get-a-way.

the host was absolutely Sweet and kind. she left us snacks and beverages as well as a nice tour of her lovely home. she seems very hard-working which is even cooler for her to take some time out of her work to help us with anything that we needed help with. the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. I would highly recommend, especially near the Cincinnati Liberty City area

We truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend at this beautiful inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and shared great local information and recommendations. We would be happy to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Sherry did a great job in providing breakfast items and sufficient room for my additional food. Everything was very clean and items easy to find. Communication with Sherry was always clear and prompt. Parking was very convenient in front of the house.

Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings! The home was immaculate, very well maintained and so comfy. The woodwork in the home is beautiful. The front room has a fireplace and I could imagine cuddling up on a cold winters day there. Felt right at home walking in the door. They had a snacks, water and other things available for us. Beds were very comfy, I slept like a rock. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beautiful flowers all around the yard. Lots of outdoor seating in patio & porch. John was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. When I left I was gifted with beans to take home. They were very good - much tastier than store bought “fresh” beans. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. I left feeling refreshed from such a good nite sleep. Was a wonderful experience!!!
