Stunning Penthouse Style Condo in OTR with Parking

An urban respite in a cool neighborhood. Harmanjit has a great sense of style and has decorated the apartment beautifully. The apartment also has anything you could need. Further, the bed is one of the most comfortable things I have ever slept on! The building is walkable to many fun parts of Cincy and an easy drive to Newport/Covington, KY. An easy place to stay. The only thing to note is the parking is a little hard to find. It is immediately next to the building, which itself is discreet if driving. Once we found it, it was easy enough to park.

Unique Penthouse! Historic OTR w/ Parking!

Shane's place was very welcoming and comfortable! Great natural light and places to hang out. We only stayed one night but found it very convenient with it's own parking space and location in OTR. It is the top unit. If you have mobility issues, may not be the best for you, but if not, is an excellent choice! Views were very nice from the many windows (with blackout shades). Hope to stay again!!

This place was perfect for my mine and my husband’s quick getaway to see the Yankees vs Reds. We appreciated having access to the parking garage that was a short walk from the Airbnb as well as being able to do our laundry before flying home. It was clean, simple and practical.

Simplify was the perfect place for us to stay. We lived in Lebanon for years and this was perfect for our needs this weekend. We had close access to all we needed and Villagio’s next door and Carly’s cookies around the corner are favorites!! Thank you Pamala for having flexibility with our check in! It allowed our grandchildren to take their much needed nap!!

Addie was an awesome host. She was very proactive and responsive within her communication. She provided us with a list of local restaurants/activities to check out which we appreciated. The airbnb is in a great location and within walking distance to everything you’d want to do. If I ever came back to Cincy I’d definitely stay here again. 5/5⭐️
